The peacefullest of all afternoons comes with an unexpected but beloved snow storm when you're cooped inside with loved ones cuddling under the warmth of homemade knitted blankets sipping a cup of tea and sharing a laugh. There's nothing else you have to be doing, all other demanding tasks have been put on hold for this day and world feels like it's standing still. I like to put on my warmest socks, a much missed witty sitcom I never find time for during the week, and maybe indulge in a few goodies left over from the holidays.
