✿Detox Your Mind & Body✿

I started my morning off today with lots of mind-cleansing yoga and limb-loosening stretches (check out these great morning yoga routines!) and it makes a surprising difference! I felt so much more awake and ready to take on the day, plus I knew I was doing good things for my body with is a total mood-booster! Eating right is also very important for getting off on the right foot. I like to have some sugar (fruit & smoothies with protein powder) and carbs( toast, cereal, or croissant)  in the morning to keep me going and glowing through out the day.
