After a long hard weekend of being indoors, studying, and working my butt off, I am finally ready to kick back and enjoy a bit well well deserved rest and relaxation. After pulling through a particularly difficult time, or is you are having a rough week; I often find it effective and rewarding to perk myself up with little treats. Anything from a yummy doughnut, a new lipstick, or a bouquet of fresh flowers. Even if it's just the smallest of things. Knowing your doing something just for yourself to enjoy I find lifts my mood instantly. With a relaxing few weeks ahead, I look forward to spending time outdoors, excising, reading a good book, and mot importantly spending time with my friends and family who I do not get to see enough. More specifically, this week I am finally going to spring clean my apartment and spruce it up with some new candles and fresh flowers. I really want to get out and explore some new places I have never been before, and perhaps try my hand at a new recipe.
