Lush Crush

Lush is a great all-natural skin care and cosmetics brand, I'm sure you've all heard of it, they're most well known for their soaps and bath bombs.  I've recently been trying out a few new products (new to me) I've been a big fan of their Grease Lightening tea tree cleanser, it's long-lasting, effective, and gental on skin. I've used it for several years and it's just so good for your skin!

I also really like their Dark Angels face exfoliator, it feels pretty rough on the skin but it's never made my skin red or irritated after I use it. Side note, it can be a little hard to wash off so I recommend using it in the shower. Last time I was in the store the sales lady recommended I also try the Tea Tree Water to go along with Grease Lightening, it's very good at controlling the oils only skin through out the day and has really helped even out my skin tone.

So I may have gone a little skin care crazy and also got their Cupcake fresh face mask. You have to keep them in the fridge and their good for up to 3 weeks. This product is also targeted towards oily, blemished skin and it does smell like chocolate! It feels really good on the skin and it's not hard to wash off. I like to use it for that final boost when my skin is almost looking perfect and it just needs that extra push.

And lastly I got a sample of the Herbalism face wash which is supposed to be great for clearing up blemished skin. I've only used it once and I wasn't in love with it. It had a bit of a funny smell and left my skin feeling a little weird, like it had a layer of film over it. But I will keep trying it to see if helps clear up my skin.

Lastly I want to mention some of their excellent body / shower products. Their bath gel Party On is truly a lifesaver for the mornings when you can't get out of bed, it instantly wakes you up no coffee needed. They also have an amazing body scrub Rub Rub Rub ( not featured here- just ran out!) that will leave your skin feeling silky baby smooth. Their lip scrub is also very good, they have a ton of yummy flavors, and while it's a bit pricy for the small size and what it is it will last a very long time and never dry out. Those are some of my favorite Lush products, let me know what yours are or if you have any suggestions I should check out!
